On my game on painful, large map playing as the drath, i was previously allied with the torians, arcean, and altarian. So i grabbed a couple planets got an economy going and did a lot of research, i then turned evil, and researched the psionic beam and led my military conquest against the weak thalans. After conquering them i then prepared a massive 1 turn invasion against my allies. 1 by 1 i started picking them off and eventually conquered the whole galaxy.

I just got done playing with a good alignment and since i was on the other side of the galaxy i set up a bunch of influence starbases and stole like 7 or 8 planets

how do u use the governor feature?

Stock Markets and population in Game Talk GalCiv2 Forums

alright, i was playing on a gigantic galaxy, and on some planets i would make them pure economy, as in all stock markets, now the stock market gives a 30 percent economic bonus. If i add farms for more population and more tax would that help increase my stock market/economic bonus? Oh, by the way my planet full of stock markets only made 200-250B.C. And should i balance the amount of stock markets and farms?

I installed an update, and i forgot what version it was. But when i play at the bottom right it says v1.0X1. Anyone know what version this is?
