I'm totally with you on this one Mr. Cynical. I have never in my life been so thouroughly disgusted with a software purchase. The game itself is absolutely great, but the service and support provided by stardock is nothing short of infuriating. I am sick of this fly by night company treating me like I tried to rip them off or something. Why should we as paying customers have to jump through hoops just to get a game running.
