Hmm, over a week and still not any answer from the support. Any idea how long does it usualy take them to answer?

It tells running GDF_Fallen_Enchantress_Install.exe and then this error message in the Steam window. No err file in the directory (as it is not a game error it seems).

Hello, I have dowlnoaded the game from Steam, but when I launch it, I get Unknown error. I tried on second PC, and there a Stardock pop up window showed. But on my main PC, it does not work. Any advice would be welocme. Thanks.
