Scroll wheel in fences scrolls way too far in Fences Stardock Forums

I doubt I'm the first to mention it, but it bugs the life out of me. I have a fence that has too many icons to see at once. So I try to scroll up or down to get to the icon/program I want. But the scroll wheel jumps to the top or bottom. I doubt it is the size of scroll (which is three) because that works for everything else. Is this a bug or a "feature" or can I change something on my end. Tom...
