I have the exact same problem here. Did support ever help you? I can copy/paste from secondary to primary but not primary to secondary. Running Windows 8.1 on both systems and everything was working until recently. Tried the whole firewall off, re-installed, deleted any mention of multiplicity on both ends - always come back
