I have exactly the same problem. Also did clean reinstall using DSPurge file and followed all the suggestions by AzDude. Rebooted. Same problem persists. Any other suggestions?

I got the email announcing Deskscapes 10 and the offer to download it already. I got 430 days left on my Object Desktop subscription but despite this the download is not available to me. Did anyone have this and can you tell me how I can get to the Deskscapes 10 installer.

I actually installed the beta this morning which seemed to have solved the issue :-) I will keep checking back here for beta updates then as they are not offered via the application.

I have this problem as well.
