Registration code issues - once again in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

I'm currently trying to re-install Galciv2 on my PC after a reformat (new harddrive) and I'm having issues getting the registration code working. Now, I've played before so I know the code is legitimate. I'm using the European Collectors Edition so I don't have the registration code in the box, but the collectors edition code. A slightly odd problem here with GalCiv2... I've got the Limited Edition, site registration worked fine once I discovered the whole "missing-CDkey thingie". I've downloaded SDC and am trying to update the game with it, but I get a "No Registration information was found for Galactic Civilizations II" error message when i try to get the updates. I have GalCiv2 on the list of purchased software so I'm not quite sure why it's complain
