I was playing on tough with a medium sized map as the iconians with 9 other players and it was near the end of the game. i had defeated the Yor and Drengin after they destroyed the Korx. I was allied with all the remaining races except the Altarians, who were very powerful militarily. They were "cool" towards me so I had to destroy them before i could win. Because i had just finished the costly war against the drengins i decided to soften the Altarians

Best planet I've ever seen was a 32. It was called Nestor something. I remember it was owned by the Torrians and then the Drengins but they never fully developed it. I managed to influence it to my side near the end of the game but won through cultural victory before I could really build it up.

Naming the Ships in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Is there any way to change the name of a ship after it has been made ? Like assign unique names to ships of the same class? I guess I can just update the ship in the shipyard everytime i make a new one but that seems kind of tedious. Is there a easier way to rename a ship?
