In general, adding more customizing software usually causes more problems. I think you should tell us which version of WindowBlinds you're using (from the "About" tab in the WB configuration window), and your W10 version (run winver). Also, when was this skin created? If that's the only skin you're having a problem with, I'd hazard a guess that his skin is the problem.

I honestly agree. I don't have a Co-pilot AI computer and really, I see no reason to scrap what I have which more than fills my needs. The security improvements, fine. Can't hurt. Recall? I'm wary despite the assurances of the revamped app. Studio effects? Meh. I don't use a webcam/mic and that's for security reasons. Image generation? OK. I use Ps and DALL-E 3...mostly for walls for my own use. Paint? Why would I need it? File explorer? I use Directory
