I think that's more a question of whether the original skinner or someone acting in his/her name updated the skin to work with W11 and WB11 and Start11. If I were you, I'd send a pm to LightStar since the Rocketship skin is one of vStyler's and LightStar (a Master skinner) updates vStyler's skins. Hope this helps...

Try using the method discussed in the Stardock website deactivation method here: https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#deactivateproduct A separate issue might be whether the version of the software from back then would even work on current OSs...you might be better served by obtaining a new license from your original or a new account.
The devs should note this as all are logical, excellent requests. I do know that a lot of recoding of SKS is planned, but isn't going to happen as quickly as we'd like. Idk any target date.
