Ran into a problem with one of my fave oldie skins MI6 by Vampothika https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/windowblinds/6921/ The problem is, as stated above, the glyph opens before the 2 start menu panels and stays behind them. "Tidle" should have been spelled "Tilde", which is ihe name of the superscript in Spanish. The mark over a letter such as "ñ" is pronounced "enyeh" as in "Spanish", "Español" which is pronounced "Espanyol".

Ran into a problem with illegible print in the Fences 4 config window. I wish the devs could simply add an option for a light background or even a gray background with a black font. Sorry you're having a problem. I'm using Fences 4...maybe this can help. Open the Fences app and first click 1, then click 2 as in my snip:
