You can try uninstalling it with iobit uninstaller, then reinstalling it...but do a webscan for virus/malware...and check your extensions.

I've been using Bitdefender for years. No problems. Never went with Kaspersky because of their possible backdoor.
As far as I know, WB doesn't skin sys32 apps. Don't remember it ever skinning them, tbh.

Which skin are you using? WB11 should skin the tabs. Try with one of the default skins that comes with WB11. Also, are you using Start11? Version?
