Saving game from the menu game froze, on alt-tab out there was a popup stating out of memory. Interestingly, on the previous turn end autosave worked successfully. With the attached save file I can no longer end the turn. When I click the button, nothing happens. I'm about 360 turns in to a game on a medium map.
That's what made me think it wasn't finished too Avatar1983. It seems like a good game, but if that's the entire campaign that's very disappointing.
It would be a little disappointing, but it's not a massive issue for me. After all, I usually play the campaign once, and then sandbox forever more. I just want to know for sure!
book 1 is the tutorial (or so I have heard). The non campaign game should keep you busy for at least the same again - per game!
Well, yes, I know that the meat of the game is in the non-campaign sandbox. I was just wondering if I had gotten to experience the whole campaign as it exists at the moment, or if there was a bug that prevents me (and some others) from advancing in it.

I do not usually post comments on random blogs, but this time I just have to. I'm here via Slashdot, and I am a Hardcore PC gamer and a computer scientist. I spend a lot of money on my hardware, ( Q6600@3.4Ghz , 2x 8800GTX, Dell WFP3007 30" TFT). I also pend a lot of money on games. I own GalCiv II and SoaSE, for example. I equally own Crysis and CoD4. I just wanted to say this: You are completely correct. No amount of money you spend on copy protection
