I preordered Elemental in Dec 2008. At the time, I had a discount coupon which was emailed to me by Stardock. The coupon was a "sorry if you had trouble" concession due to some server outages during a weekend I was making purchases. I applied the coupon to the order. During the long wait for the beta release, my credit card expired. After the release, I received the email about the inability to fulfill my order and was asked to place a new order.
