Hi, I just wanted to add that I had the exact same problem as the Razius, however, I managed to find out what my problem was. The problem was that the e-mail I used when I purchased Dar Avatar was different than the e-mail I had registered with my Stardock.net account (it seems that Stardock Central kept changing the e-mail address in my product registration to my Stardock.net account e-mail address).
