unable to authenticate or uninstall in Object Desktop Stardock Forums

i am unable to authenticate my purchased windowblinds i get message about not responding. so i tried to uninstall what may have been a freeware copy under the paid copy ..may not have uninstalled the original when down loading the paid copy but now i cant uninstall either through add and remove or manually removing the folder .. i get a message about mcms.dll iacess blocked pleas help
