go to windowsvista.com and click on Get Ready Download Microsoft Vista Advisor and it will scan your system and give you a detailed report of how Vista will run and which version you should get. it also tells you which drivers will be automaticly installed after you install Vista for the first time and the drivers that are not available. after scanning my system i was configured to recieve "s.5 security strength", aero visual etc. but fo
I've uploaded WMP11 setup to my homepage at deviantArt for 2 days. link removed [admin] You can download it if you want. It's a fully functional XP download.
you're going to have to purchase additional license for full price
neither have i... p.s. interstingly, one of my fellas put the installation files on 3 CDs. he started the install, rebooted, everything was okay. then when the installation was 30% done (~) it said "the installation cannot continue. please insert valid Windows Vista CD/DVD". oh wow, he poped in the 2nd CD and went all the way to 70% then a 3rd CD and it installed gracefully. now i'm talking about Beta 1, of course. so it is possible to
If you downloaded your Vista from some P2P network, then i suggest you think twice before even starting the installation... Vista Installation ISO is about 2GB (depending if it is Beta 1 or 2 but both of them are above GB) and so puting it on a um... CD, well, i wouldn't try it. Buy a DVD-Burner and have fun, or opposite. if you want to download Vista from P2P so bad then just wait for Microsoft to release it. I promise you, no guarantee you
Hello, and thank you. I have recently installed a beautiful skin known as Dogmax, the LATEST version. For some odd reason the common tasks menu has disappeared. I went to Folder options and was assured that the common tasks option was enabled. I went to Windowblinds configuration, clicked on Shellstyle, but everything was as it was supposed to be. I thought maybe you could help out. Below is the screenshot of my desktop that has what I'

restart and after your BIOS screen (before your boot screen normally shows up) press F8 and go into Safe Mode. uninstall Bootskin, this should help.
i really don't know much about cards themselves, i simply wanted something better than my 32MB S3 Unichrome IGP... what i bought was ATI Radeon 9250 MSI-AGP8X-128MB/OpenGL etc, and by going to ATI's site the card seem to be very convincing and so was the price... i'm a cheap person you know..
thanks guys, really appreciate it. Radeon 9250 is part of 9200 series so i guess if it worked for Cavan1 it should work for me...
hi, i was just wondering will Windowblinds 5 glass effects work properly on ATI Radeon 9250, because i heard different things but am still not really convinced. i ordered the card friday and just began thinking... if you have any info please leave a post, thanks
lol... hm, i dont know what exactly you meant by it but sounded cool
are you using regular Windows XP Boot skin or have you applied a screen from Bootskin? bootskin never worked on my computer in fact it only trashed it. i went into safe mode and uninstalled it. if there is a problem with your regular WinXP bootscreen then i don't know... never heard of anything like that.
Thankss!!!!! that adware personal is the best! it killed the toolbar, scanned the system and found 230 malware files... and deleted them. THANK GOD!.. my system running fast again and i'm keeping this program. thanks to all for help and understanding. Thank You! <img src
thanks for the comments everyone... Wreckless Eric, thanks but it didn't really help. That WCHacker's "Related" Page Toolbar/Adware Executor is not removable for now. grrrrr. i'm still searching though.
Of course many of us waited and anticipated the Vista Customization Pack v.3 and today it was released on JoeJoe.Biz. Well.. I downloaded it and. Well after I opened the InstallWizard it closed down automaticly. Thereafter, new icons near my clock began to pop up downloading Toolbars/Adware. I was shocked. There was no way to cancel those. I went to Add/Remove Programs and found out that in the list where only 12 programs originally were now
