I recently took the plunge and upgraded to IconPackager 3.10 from 2.50h, to which I had previously reverted after encountering the problems with versions 3.00 and 3.00a recounted elsewhere in this forum. Although 3.10 seems to be working well (except that some shell icons still won't change, e.g. Desktop in the Windows 'Places Bar'), I am completely confused about the status of iprepair.dll .
