Cerebro...the problem here is that I no longer have access to the email account I purchased with. At the same time.. I have not recieved an auto-reply or any notification that my request has been submitted. That form would work, if I had access to my old email account. Thanks for trying though.

Something I noticed....my sent box has reported that email was sent this morning at 11am. I fired it off a couple days ago. I have outlook set to send/recieve on exit. Wonder how it missed that one. LOL. I sent another and will see what happens in the next couple days.
Well the new email address is also web-based..which when I check from the webmail..still no reply. I will submit again. Would be kind of dismal for me to not get my key..I really like the software.

Anyone know if they answer emails?...I switched hosting providers for my website..so my email has changed..I need to retrieve my key and upgrade my software. I have emailed them and it has been a couple days. Just curious if anyone has had any problems contacting that email address (sales@stardock.com) Thanks in advance.
