Cannot install Tweak7 after upgrade to Windows7 in TweakVista & 7 Stardock Forums

After upgrading from Vista Home Premium to Windoews 7 Ultimate, I uninstalled TweakVista through Impulse and then tried to install Tweak7. Install fails with an Error: Cannot create ActiveX component. I am running 64 Bit Windows7.
