As I'll touch on later the Radiance Battleship is a kind if weak capitalship, but if you do build it make sure to dump points in Detonate Antimatter first- it is by far the Radiance's best ability.
Nice list man
Good tips Selecuceia
To be honest, I think most of the stuff that makes the tutorial work are hard coded. We can't even get those text boxes to appear on our own maps, let alone add voices narrating them. That said, if you still want to put that voice equipment and experience to use, I know at least one mod would love some voice acting help.
Would love to help anyway I can, tell him to msg me, thanks! [e digicons]:jafo:[/e]
haha, great thread
Hello, first off awesome game, enjoying it so far. 2nd, I have only really played others mods in this series in the past and not tried much myself with Sins. But I am wondering if I could record some audio files of me saying the tutorial subtitles (like in Galactic Civilization2 how the tutorials are voiced) and make it so when new players do teh tutorial its voiced instead of just written out. Anyways, I have a very good studio mic for recording instruments/singers and I have
This would be the very last thing on my list to work on [e digicons]^_^[/e]
Good job on the game ironclad and stardock (:
Some amazing work! Can I download some of these and try them in my game? Any links?
Upload to Mediafire.com!!! Keep up the good work! Looks cool! Just please upload it to a file host for us! I want to try it! (mediafire, sendspace,etc...)
Mod looks epic! Any idea when a version for Rebellion will be ready?
Seriously AWESOME screenshots everyone, good work [e digicons]:andrew:[/e]
Valve has already said in the past that IF steam goes down foe what ever reason, THEY WILL make all the games still available to the customers. So no worries on that front. I love Steam, but that's bullshit. They can do that for their own games, but not for the games from other developers. If they go down, they would not be able to maintain servers. Without maintaining servers, it would be impossible
One of the main reasons I do know, is that Steam makes you put money in your account, and THEn buy the game, unlike Impulse where you simply gave it your card info and it was done. I recently bought a Steam game for 11 dollars, now I have 4 dollars sitting there for no reason other than they allow me only to put money in my account in numbers divisible by 5.
Ahhhh, steam lets you just buy off your CC
I voted "no I will never buy games that require it". I've thought about it long and hard with several games before coming to this decision, so I shall explain: Reason #1: Will steam/impulse/etc be around forever, garenteeing my ability to play the game I've purchased in the future? That's a big gamble. I love going back to games I've previously played....Master of Magic comes to mind. I'd hate to FI
I have had steam since they started out and I just love it. Never had any big issues with them either, nothing but great things to say about steam. As others I was very very skeptical about steam and Impulse but they both have been very good, GOG.com to! I had this idea in my head that steam would suck and I would never use it, but im so glad that I smacked myself across the head and said "GROW UP AND GIVE IT A DAMN TRY!! STOP BEING IGNORANT OF SOMETHING YOU HAVE NEVER TR
Excellent, its a huge improvement from the last game, keep up the good work! Its crashing less for me and also the AI is better!
Cosign!!!! Awesome improvement!!! Its alot more stable also and its definatly more of a challenge! Now if only this game had a coop along the lines of Total War Shogun2, I would be in heaven! hehe Keep up the hard work! Its paying off!
Very good work!!!! Its definatly more of a challenge (atleast for me so far in my 1st game of this new beta) and the main thing is the improvement in optimization!!! Ive played for about 3 hours and NO CRASHES!! In the last beta I had a good number, but so far its ran very well! Awesome job! Also it might just be me but the character selection screen,etc.. seems more organized? I might just be imagining things, but anyways, so far so good! Keep up the good work,
Wonder that the other game they are working on is (: Didn't something about an rpg get talked about awhile ago? That would be awesome [e digicons][/e]
Amazing artwork [e digicons]:D[/e]
The only multiplayer I want is COOP with a friend...WITH TACTICAL battles! I just cannot play this game without tactical battles. As I have said many times.. my friends dont own Elemental, but they would be very veyr interested if they could play it with me in COOP with tactical battles (kind of like how Total War Napoleon and Total War Shogun2 do the coop campaign). There really is no reason for me to play the multiplayer that is in the game now though, as
I really like how improved the game is with the latest update (beta update?). I have not crashed in about 4-5 hours of playing Elemental with the last update that downloaded (: Game can only get better to!
