Also is it possible to limit the flyout menus to only go so far then open the folder?

I just got Plus ver. 1.9 and maybe I'm missing something but I can't get a few things to work with the tabbed docks (the zoomers and tiles are working fine): 1) The labels don't show up on top of open windows (say for example when I mouse over Firefox- the dock appears on top of the window but "Firefox" is written behind the open window). 2) The "Attention" Effects (glow, bounce, spin...) don't apply when starting the program. 3) The animated icons don't play ("anima
