I discovered this thread while trying to find an answer to some issues I'm now experiencing after updating to Win 11 25H2 (26200.6899). Taskbar icons are having rendering issues and seem to jump / slide from side-to-side. The Start button disappears completely, and the Windows key on the keyboard must be used. Explorer.exe restarts or complete computer restarts do not resolve this issue. When attempting to move the taskbar to a position other than the bottom
