Well, in addition to my other problem with WindowBlinds, (which still hasnt been resolved, link to that thread here. https://forums.stardock.com/?ForumID=166&AID=91586) I'm getting a new error when I open up my appearance window using the WindowBlinds program that says; An exception occured while trying to run "Shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL desk.cpl" What does this mean and how do I fix it? <img src="smiles/Crying.

Well heres the problem. I install a WBA. file, it goes to my WinBlinds directory. Then I right click on my screen (im running XP) go to properties then to appearance. Heres where the real trouble starts, when I pick a skin from the list and click 'apply' or 'ok' an error comes up saying something about my computers trying to run a DLL. as an APP.. I have no idea what this means. And then my comp freezes and i have to restart and my desktop never gets skinned. <img src="smiles/Sad.gi
