My Results of the update were identical to yours. Everything seems to be working with the beta version, however, a backup of the prior version would have been nice. I have a Dell Latitude, P4, 1GB Ram, and an nVidia GeForce4 440 Go 64MB Graphics card, so I was a bit nervous updating, especially after getting that "unable to archive" error.
