Is there some big secret going on? Not trying to be a dick, but it seems several people are having the same issue (I am too. My programs worked fine, but I let the subscription lapse. Then I renewed it, but it was never "recognized". Now almost two weeks later, I have a new computer, new OS. After I installed Impulse I logged in with my credentials, and while it still has all of my info, it still won't recognize that I renewed my subscription. Nor can I even install any of the OD software
