When I move any of my docks to the secondary monitor and put them on either side of the screen, the separators and "program running" markers float on the first monitor in the place that they would be if the dock were on the first monitor. Randomly, one of the separators will display properly on the second monitor, but not usually. I've tried recreating them and various other things to get them to move to the correct monitor.
