Sometimes when I turn on my computer all of my taskbar icons are fuzzy, large and distorted. Also my my programs menu has large text and icons also. Ex. http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j127/acr45/FuzzyIcons.jpg Why is this happening? The only way that I can get rid of this is by unloading windowblinds, changing my theme back to Microsoft's original XP theme and then reloading windowblinds again. This happenings on all the skins that I apply. How do I fix this or is it probab
