Thanks, I tried your advice and still have the same problem. I have googled myself to death but found nothing. I just hope I can get it resolved before my years subscription is up lol. I have a new Gateway GM5424 with a Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB DDR2 533mhz ram, 400gb SATA HDD, with an NVIDIA GeForce 7300LE (64mb allocated). I am running Windows Vista Ultimate.
