After being a Customer Service Tech for over 20 years this explanation doesn't cut it! I've been a member for a few years and when I make a ticket to complain/question will it get fixed I get these ridiculous e-mails back that I have a timeline I must respond to or ELSE! When I spend money for a product to work (like the money amount of CS5) I am NOT the one who has a DEADLINE to fix it or any other input. I have DESKTOP ULTIMATE and not all your products work...why is that?
