I finally got it to work..I was downloading an older version and I dint know it...I got the correct one and its all good now thanx for all your help

I am about to buy a 1200.00 new gaming computer..I will install WB in it and see what happens..I am not going to mess with this 7 yr old computer trying to fix this..I will chime back in after I do this if theres a problem on the new system

DaveRi..I dont have to worry about safe mode after I uninstalled it..LOL...I need to find out why WB did that..not worried about the safe mode

basj.. its the latest version of WIN 10 and also the latest WB....it mentioned something about NOT having a debugger APP before all went black

I am having the same issue..I had to start my computer in safe mode and uninstall WB and everything went back to normal...I am waiting for an answer from someone to how I can fix this and be able to use what I purchased....my computer crashed when I tried to apply my first skin and would not restart...it just kept looping back to the sign in screen in windows

I have WIN 10 and I installed WB and when I start it and try and change the skin it shuts down my computer and restarts it and then my computer wont restart past the WIN 10 sign in screen...it just keeps looping back to the sign in screen over and over ..I had to start up in safe mode and uninstall WB to get it to go back to normal once uninstall it everything is fine again..when it crashed trying to change the skin it said something about NO debugger or something..please help
