I've managed to solve it. I had to turn the Themes service back on. Thanks for all the help everyone.

I reinstalled windowblinds, and now here's the situation: In windowblinds, there's the other themes that come with windowblinds and "Windows Classic". In the display properties control panel, under the Themes tab, there's only My Current Theme and Windows Classic (no windowsXP). Under the appearance tab, there's "Windows Classic Style" and "Windows XP Style" but switching to "Windows XP Style does nothing and when i reopen the window its set back to Windows Classic Style.

After running a forum search, I couldn't find an answer to my problem: I uninstalled WindowBlinds and now I no longer have the WindowsXP theme. All I have is windows classic. Is there anything I can do to get my Fischer Price coloring back?
