I haven't had time to do a thorough test based on your suggestion. I will post back.

This is on the primary machine. I have not tried it on secondary.

When using the Multiplicity application, the viewport navigation controls are disabled, both the hotkeys and vieport button controls. When I uninstall the application, things work fine. So far I've only seen this with Cinema 4D. I have not configured Multiplicity to use any hotkeys.
