Add me to the taskbar icon issue. I have Start11 v 1.47; on Windows 11 Home, v 10.0.22621 Build 22621. Since yesterday (Oct 20) five of my taskbar icons come up generic I removed them from the taskbar, then re-added to get the icons back. However, when i logged on this morning, the problem was back. I use Start11 to position my taskbar to the top. Hope this can be resolved. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.u
I think you missed the first part of his question.. "Any insights on what features are coming?"
That part was already answered. They have no insights into what's coming. So Neil Banfield thought to be helpful and address the 2nd part of the OP's post

Okay, ignore what I said. I double checked the steps and realized I downloaded skinstudio 10. I went through the steps again and made sure to download the correct one, and now it works. It no longer asks me to reactivate WB. Thank you for your help!!!

Okay, this is what I get EVERYTIME I launch Skin Studio from Windowblinds. Originally when I clicked on "Edit style in SkinStudio", it wouldn't bring up SkinStudio at all. So I posted this problem in the forums. They suggested that I download SkinStudio... https://forums.stardock.com/504027/page/1/#3801283 I followed the instructions and now it will bring up the activation window for Windowblind

I wanted to say I have the same issue. WB11 is activated and works just fine until I launch SkinStudio. SkinStudio will have me re-activate it every time I launch it. And after launching SkinStudio, it makes me re-activate WindowBlinds also.

Hello, A request was already submitted, asking that we can control the icon size and spacing of the icons on the taskbar. What's interesting, is that you can set the taskbar to Small with wide icon spacing, but you can't do it for the medium or large taskbar sizes. So, if nothing else, I would like to request that they add the option for wide icon spacing to both the medium and large taskbar sizes as well. Maybe that's more realistic than having an option to to

I already requested this in another thread, but since everyone can put there suggestions here...I'd like to see an option to change the size and the spacing between the icons on the taskbar. Kind of how StartAllBack or Windhawk allow you to do it

No JanOscar, I didn't miss that part. I was just confirming that they both work together on Windows 11. You don't have to be an ass

I can say that I am using Start11 with Objectdock on Windows 11 and I've never experienced the problems you're describing. They both work just fine for me
Restoring the Old Win10 taskbar is a bad idea. Eventually MSFT will remove it either completely or by disabling the reg keys to activate it. You won't get any warning either. One day you will install a windows update and suddenly apps like StartAllBack, ExplorerPatcher, etc.. will just stop working.
LOL, okay. Whatever you say

Quick Update: Here is a pic of my desktop using Windowblinds with the BetterAeroVistaX theme now that I got everything working correctly. Also running a few other programs to make it look more like Vista. I really love Windowblinds!

UPDATE: Ok, I got it fixed. It was all my fault. I had Do Not Use Per Pixel Frames enabled. I didn't even realize what it did. I disabled it and now everything looks as it's supposed to. Thank you all for your help! Moderator: Edited the title to reflect the problem being solved.
Running Windows 11, version 22631.2191. That's an Insider build.
I'm not disputing it. It's just weird that it doesn't show that I can get insider builds in the system updates. Also, this problem has been going on pretty much forever. Since Windowblinds 11 was released. I finally just got to the point where I decided I needed to report it after everything I tried has failed EDIT: Nevermind. Apparently I

sdRohan: I don't think so. I used to be subscribed to the insider preview program, but I cancelled it. I checked system updates and it shows that I have to subscribe to the insider preview program to get those updates. So I shouldn't be getting them TPScroggins: I'm not using anything. If you're looking for a program to get more translucent title bar, you can try Mica For Everyone. But I didn't have it installed when I took that picture

I'm not running any 3rd party apps. I've used OldNewExplorer, but I wasn't running it when ran Windowblinds. I figured 3rd party apps might effect Windowblinds so I made sure I didn't have any installed

I included a pic with arrows showing what's wrong. I also included a pic of the Aero11 skin, that shows what it's supposed to look like. It's not just with this skin, but several others as well. They don't look the way they're supposed to, according to the pics <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/1/93/193020/fad0c260-3ff5-4733-8c59-7

Thank you for your reply. I actually use OldNewExplorer, but those programs don't resolve the glitches I'm having with windowblinds. Things still don't look right

Hello, I'm running the current version of Windowblinds 11. Running Windows 11, version 22631.2191. Whenever I apply a skin it never looks right. I attached a picture to show what I'm talking about. I have no idea why I can't get the skins to display correctly. This is a pic of Aero11. This problem has been ongoing since Windowblinds 11 was released <span st
