Looks like 2.07 (Beta) fixes the issue. Woohoo! Side note: I confirmed on another machine that 2.06 still has the issue (so not machine specific).

With Start11 v2 (v2.0.6), pressing the windows key and typing 'winver' (without quotes), it doesn't find anything.
