Following thread - I have the same issue and it manifests itself quite frequently especially with virtual desktops. If I uninstall Start11, the problem doesn't occur.

Hello, I've been having an issue with virtual desktops and Start11 (latest version). The problem is that the icons get messed up on the taskbar and system tray. They get shifted and the icon I click might be the app next to the one I want. It will resolve itself most of the times when I click on the start menu icon. I confirm I also experience the Virtual Desktop switching lag. Additionally, it causes the icons on the taskbar to shift (i.e. I click on Explorer, but it opens Chrome).
Did taskbar transparency break for anyone else on latest Win11 dev build (22567.100)? In fact, no level of transparency works for me anymore except solid.
