Hi, I am Pebbles1964, new to Stardock and looking for some help...Stardock support somewhat helpful, looking for supplemental info... Had no luck with Bootskins...It has been suggested that it is the BIOS interfering...other versions don't work either...Anyone else with similar problems?...Definitely a bummer since there are some great skins out there and I am tired of the MS advertising every time I use my computer. Wat do you do when a great logon doesn't install with a "shut off computer" button??

Well, title says it all...I have downloaded 2 screens that look great, but there's no "shut off computer" button. I browsed through the program, but don't know how to add one myself.

As for the Bootskin downloads, 1.02 and 1.03 went one step beyond...they didn't shut off my computer, but didn't go to next screen either...just hung in limbo. As for Logons, I did move the desired screens to the random box and checked the randomization option, but it changed nothing.

Hi, I'm Pebbles1964, brand new to Stardock, and I am running into a few problems for which I am looking for some help... As for Bootskins: I have managed to download them, but have to change the extension, as directed to get them to show up in the Bootskins menu. However, once I choose which bootskin I want, once it loads upon computer startup, the picture will show, but then the computer shuts off and restarts, and I have to go to
