Yes, I always use the IP-adress, never the name (screenshot below). This because of issues other applications. As I said, there is no problems using the Version 3. Any issues, any time. BUT: the main problem is currently, that MP 4 is unusable, because I have to wait 10-15 seconds, till a click of the mouse or pressing a button on keyboard takes effect. This happens by controlling PCs on same location, NOT over VPN . For example: I click an icon,

@Neil Screenshot of the error is attached below. Reconfiguration of VPN didn't help. @Sean purged all PCs and new installation did not solve the problem. mouse and keyboard are very laggy. It is impossible to work in this condition. Is there anything else I could try or adjust to get it work? I rolled back to Version 3 and it works perfect. Is there any chance to work with Version 4? Otherway I think about to ask for refund. :-( <img s

Thak you @Neil and @Sean. I always use the IP address. I reconfigured my VPN today and will test from home later to see if it works. Currently I have a much bigger problem with my setup. Although I am connected to the local network wired, the connection is very slow. Each mouse click takes approximately 15 seconds. No matter which machine. Only one PC is connected each time. If the problem persists, I'll unfortunately have to downgrade to v3, because I didn't have

Hi all, I have upgraded today my Multiplicity 3 KVM Pro to Multiplicity 4 Enterprise. It works fine, and I feel that it's faster then Version 3. Unfortunatley I have issues to connect to remote PCs on different locations over Wireguard VPN. It worked fine with Version 3. It is a private VPN connecting my 2 AVM Fritzbox on 2 locations (home and work). As I mentioned it worked properly by using version 3. Pinging remote PCs is successful. I can reach

@basj Thank you @sdrohan Thanks. Sorry, Unfortunately, I still don't understand what exactly the difference is.
The quantity at purchase
Does it mean the quantity of licenses? Or the quantity of PCs, which could be controlled? Thanks for the explanation. in fact I missed the purchase date. I need at least 2 licenses, once for the main PC and a 2nd license for one of the secondary PCs. So returning the license I've already purchased doesn't really help me. I will test Multiplicity 4 at the weekend and then decide whether it is worth purchasing the business version as well. I think it's a shame that version 3 remains useless. It would be nice if it could at least be used as

Why is there no option to upgrade from Multiplicity 3 KVM Pro to Multiplicity 4 KVM Business? That was announced here! I was waiting for it for a long time with excitement. I upgraded the KVM-License few days ago to MP 4 Pro. Now I can not use it because of incompatibility with my KVM 3 Pro :-(

I have installed Muliplicity 3 on a new PC today and configured it as a secondery. Then I activated it with a License for controlling a 3. PC. So far, so good. But wenn I connect to the 3. PC, so the Windows Taskbar is hidden of the new PC (which act now as Primary). On my Main-PC with KVM Pro I have not such issue. Any idea? Thank you for help! Moved to Multiplicity area

Hello dears, I have 3 different licenses of Multiplicity v3 (2x KVM and 1x KVM Pro). I would like t upgrade one KVM-license to v4. Could I choose the license, which would be upgraded? Because I want to upgrade the KVM Pro to Business-Version later. 2. question: how is about the compatibility between the 2 versions? Can I use v4 to connect to a secondary PC with Multiplicity3 installed on it? Thanks a lot and nice weekend 4 all!
