What I'm finding based on Mike's intructions is that wba's are opened automatically and then Windows gives me a prompt to apply. Thanks to all.

Hi- I need to ask for help with this. Sometimes Windowblinds works and sometimes it doesn't. For instance, when I download a skin or theme, it comes out in a file type that Windows XP2 can't open. Thanks.

And I've found that with Windoze XP SP2 on an HP Pavilion it just doesn't work. I get the error message having to do with "What mode/configuration do you want to use", which includes safe mode and so forth.
