New installation replacing wb4 via Stardock, all skins are having problems, oddly transparent taskbar. Rebooted and reinstalled, no change. See link for two screenshots WinXP Pro Compaq Presario Laptop 2500 P4 and ATI Radeon IGP 345M (mobile)
