This is kind of a 'basic' question, but did you install the commercial version overtop of the trial version or did you uninstall the trial first? I purchased this product yesterday morning to replace the OpenSource product "Synergy" and it's been flawless ... but I did not have the trial version installed prior. Synergy is cross platform (and free) but it lacks the file copying capabilities. Still ... while you're waiting for Stardock to find
