Hello. I have a problem with my windows 8.1 Pro installation on my new PC and i need to refresh it. This way ALL applications installed would deleted and i must reinstall them. How can i unregister the DeskScapes so i can register on the fresh installation. Thank's.

On 28/8/2014 i placed an order (number: 3271199) for DeskScapes 8. Untill now, nothing. I can't even see my order in my account. What is happening. Also there is a charge of 2$ more in my card, what is it for?
