use Transports more than once or twice.....which is very handy because it means I can leave my military strength at very little or minor around all my planets and still be safe as long as I reinforce any starbases I have.
not 'cheat'? Why would you turn it off? Thats part of the fun of the game.....unless of course you invest in probes of scouts to monitor your quadrants........

One issue I wish could be resolved is how during an election if your party is voted exactly the same amount as any other party you immediately lose control of the senate. While I can appreciate that you no longer have a majority shouldnt there be something were the previous ruling party has the deciding vote, i.e. the Vice President in a tied Senate vote?
