Try this: Exit Thunderbird. Go to Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\Thunderbird\Profiles\apI60ezk.default\Mail\The name of your account\ and delite "inbox.msf" Do not delete the file just named inbox (with no filename extension), as it contains your messages.
