If you mean adding it to the "Per Application" list and checking the "ignore this application and do not skin it" box, it works in 4.10. I haven't checked it in WB5 though. Other than that, the program HAS to be on the 'Per application list, and be using a different skin than the current one for it to work.
I've been dealing with this strange problem for awhile, one of my programs, Hexmaker, refuses to work properly (Namely, I can't export maps) unless WindowBlinds 4.10 is installed and skinning the program.
