Pass-through clicks mean precisely that - SysMetrix no longer is aware of any mouse clicks as they are passed on to whatever is below it. This is a feature that's only useful/desired by a few, so it's off by default. Being a stats junkie, I think it''s a neat idea. Obviously it would have to be a separate program and be an opt-in thing, but that''s already been covered. Having a more accurate idea of what programs and themes people are using would be interesting at a minimum. It seems like it could also help sway the direction of skinning - IOW it would be easier to identify what people liked and make more themes that catered to that. It's actually broken, which is why it's not working even if you check it. It's a bug that was introduced with the blending of button states since I had to subclass them to get the mouse out event. One of these days I'll add the code to get the tooltips working again, but up until now nobody noticed so it wasn't a big deal

There are a couple of things of note: 1) SysMetrix can remote control WinAmp 2.x, QCD Player, and CoolPlayer. Basically anything that supports the WinAmp 2 API, which means that WinAmp 5 should work as well. 2) SysMetrix can start up your mp3 player, but that's not guaranteed to be one of the above programs. It depends on how your system is setup, as it will launch whichever program *you* have associated with .mp3 files.

Werewolf is right - SysMetrix just launches whatever application you happen to have associated with .mp3 files from Windows. It can be a little misleading in that it will start up another player (besides the two that it natively supports - WinAmp2 and QCD Player) but not control it. Mike's right - The next version of SysMetrix has WinStyles support built in, but it's not ready yet. It's one of those things where support has to be added in on both sides, and sometimes it's not so easy to release both at the same time.
