Reply to Fences 3, problem with fence transparency in Fences Stardock Forums

I've had this issue with fences across literally every Windows 10 setup i've ever used with changing backgrounds. Regardless of hardware, multiple desktops, laptops, etc. Thought it would be resolved by now.
