Id like to correct myself the DOHS has a budget of 23 Billion. the figures I was looking at did not include all crosscutting budgetary monies that are applied to the DoD, or the monies routed through the DOHS for CG and Border Patrol.

As a registered Patriot, I'd like to see the inclusion of several different parties. I'd also like to see the ability to select those parties when creating canidates. As well as an Issues balance page at start up. Similar to the current canidate creation page. On the issues the player would start with 100 pts and say 20 issues. I would say Bush clearly won. Kerry has all the advantage of hindsight and even then, what is his many "plans" in detail?
