The Reason is very easy to find. I extracted the Installer and tried to load the bmp files for the theme in Photoshop. The Pics inside the installer are invalid. I tried to download the file several times to exclude a download error. So I can say, the reason why this theme is not working is: Stardock has made a corrupt install fiile. Right click to the file - extract with winrar - rename the Diamond.MyColors file found inside the data structure to Diamond.MyColors.zip
