I hate to be so crabby, but, this is really starting to get old. I have had a skin called Onix DX 1.5 in moderation sinces August 6th. Over 2 weeks. I got no response at first, then it seems after a few phone calls, I got a response saying I was lacking a permission. Got that and reuploaded as an update. Still nada. Made a call to stardock, still nada. This crap is getting old. This kind of stuff will discourage up and coming new skinners from even trying. Or cause them to go elsewhere. I am so

I just want all to know that I have written sales@stardock 5 times now, with no response from them, about the fact that I bought a suite and did not get my usual discount for being a subscriber. I don't really care about the (give or take $2 discount) what concerns me is their lack of response. It is a joke, and one that I don't find all that funny. Nobody is blacklisted, I can assure you of that. Your problem is unusual... what OS are you using? I am running windows xp home. 1.5 GB ram,same anti virus for a year or so. I thought it may be the antivirus, but not. nVidia G Force 5200 grafix card with 128 mb.
how about and windows updates? updates to other software? No software updated and I keep automatic updates turned off. I am a semi PC tech (had some training) and I prefer to choose updates myself. Have not done so lately.
Help! My widgets are crashing, and some DX themes. They all worked fine yesterday. No new installs, nothing. Nothing has changed since yesterday. I cleared the cache. I am also still having the troubles with SD Central blinking and freezing (as per my other post). I read once in this forum that if a person complains enuff, stardock has been known to blacklist them, has this happened to me? Hello all! I am not a skinner, by any means imaginable. But I have been making a few skins for Right Click. I am just now realizing what a wonderful tool it is! Anyway, while looking for skins, I ran across a few forum posts about the subject and learned something to share with all of you who probably already know...lol. I enabled the 'Import skin from windowblinds' option, and while scanning thru a few skins, just to see how they looked, I became aware that they are stored in the imported skins

Well, it appears that stardock is at it again! I am getting very tired of this crap! I am once again not able to browse skin libraries in stardock central. Same exact crap as last time. I wonder if there would be any use in asking for a refund of my subscription fee? Think I will email them and ask, since I have to go to wincustomize and dig thru crap anyway. I am truly pissed!
